Product Overview: This product is formulated with refined mineral lubricating oil as the base oil, and blended with appropriate amounts of compound additives possessing excellent properties such as oiliness, anti-oxidation, anti-wear, rust prevention, and anti-foaming.
Performance Characteristics:
* Excellent anti-creep properties (i.e., stick-slip properties);
* Excellent anti-oxidation and rust prevention properties;
* Excellent anti-wear properties, forming an effective protective film even under heavy loads to prevent scratches on guideways and slideways;
* Superior anti-emulsification properties, reducing lubricating oil emulsion contamination.
Applications: Suitable for lubrication of sliding parts such as longitudinal guideways, vertical guideways, uneven guideways on worktables, sealed gears, slides, and positioners in various precision machine tools.
